Unless you have a specific reason at the moment to talk about the bad manners or the misappropriation of funds, I will not want that to come from the Floor of the Senate. So, you should either couch it in a different way or seek a clarification on a factual basis. However, I will not allow the desecration of people who have taken their time to try and do well for the society."}
