There are issues of integrity and suitability. The same Constitution says that the issue of ethnic diversity is also important. So, it cannot be a State problem all the time. When you are confronted with any issue, I think it is important to look at the Constitution as a whole. Repetition, yes but there are also other issues that need to be addressed under the Constitution. But I think in the little time they had, they did an extremely good job."}
