Member clearly because in his constituency we are providing an additional Kshs1 million for the refurbishing of the DC’s residence in Kirinyaga Central. Kirinyaga Central has been provided with resources. So, Kirinyaga South cannot be said to have been discriminated against because over a period of two financial years, they have received Kshs3 million for a project that they had initiated and Kshs4 million during the current financial year. So, there is no discrimination with regard to Kirinyaga South."}
