Supporting what the Chair said, you have advised on how we can get these Bills. I think there is no need of these committees; we have conducted campaigns before, and we have won parliamentary seats. Why should somebody come to work as a safety guard on how you are going to spend your money? If you are going to have a ceiling on how much money I am going to spend, then I am going to put my money together, then use it on the ceiling, and I will know how to spend it, lawfully though.
