I am uncomfortable with a supervisory board that will end up being appointed wholly by a Cabinet Secretary controlling the National Youth Council. The Youth Council matter is not a time-bomb. It is blasting every day. That is why we are seeking the extension of the Uwezo Fund, Youth Enterprise Development Fund and so on. Having a supervisory board; that advisory and supervisory and seeking issues of the budget, I think you are telling those democratically elected people that they will be controlled."}
