I know I am not a lawyer but the moment we put “maximum” or “minimum”, it brings a big difference. We must look at this very carefully. The same case applies to part “c”. I agree with her and we can just leave it that way, that is a maximum of Kshs2 million. Those are the definite amounts that I want this House to recognize."}
