Duale, and he chose to read just a portion of what would have helped in his argument, which I do not agree with. Article 44(1) states: “Every person has a right to use the language and participate in the cultural life of the person’s choice.” Not in a public office but it is the person’s choice. When you read Article 44(2), it even helps elaborate this. It states: “A person belonging to a cultural or linguistic community has the right and with other members of that community to enjoy the person’s culture and the use of the person’s language.” This is not when you are in a public office. This Motion deals with the issues in a public office, and not when you are within your community or people whom you are able to communicate with, and you can transact using your mother tongue."}
