Duale, and he chose to read just a portion of what would have helped in his argument, which I do not agree with. Article 44(1) states: âEvery person has a right to use the language and participate in the cultural life of the personâs choice.â Not in a public office but it is the personâs choice. When you read Article 44(2), it even helps elaborate this. It states: âA person belonging to a cultural or linguistic community has the right and with other members of that community to enjoy the personâs culture and the use of the personâs language.â This is not when you are in a public office. This Motion deals with the issues in a public office, and not when you are within your community or people whom you are able to communicate with, and you can transact using your mother tongue."}
