Wako - we agonized over them. It is our considered view that at this stage, all that we are doing is that we are deciding whether to impeach him or not. A Governor in this circumstance is impeachable if on any of the five charges, he is found that he had committed a wrong. So, to try and go any otherwise and start creating benefit of doubt, I think the former Attorney-General will be well advised to go slow and appreciate that impeachment is not because you have substantiated many or all the charges; it is a question of substantiating any of the charges, even just one.
