I was giving evidence in Petition No.2 to 3 of 2011, a petition which I filed when I was the Member of Parliament for Makadara Constituency to seek compensation for Sinai victims. I thank the Senate Majority Leader for this misleading and non-factual Statement he has just delivered on behalf of Nairobi Governor, Dr. Evans Kidero. Before I request for this Statement or for this matter to be referred to the departmental committee, it is disrespectful to this House for Governor Kidero to mislead it.
