I signed a Statement on 25th February, 2014 regarding an issue to do with the bypass. There are many issues in my constituency about a bypass and to date I have not seen it listed. Secondly, I also have another one which is very urgent of a pupil who has been denied opportunity to register for exams after she refused to repeat in a private school in Nakuru. Maybe you could give me some guidance."}
