Member was given last week by my colleague was the Kakamega case, but the Kisumu one was not given. There is a dispute. It is true that there is about Kshs3.5 billion which is supposed to be paid to MOCO. However, because there is a fight between MOCO and Mumias Sugar Company, it cannot be determined. So, they have moved to court for arbitration. I believe they will be heard and then the money can be released."}
