The Chairperson should inquire into and report on the following:- (i) the ownership of Kenya Seed Company and clarify whether it is a parastatal or a private company; (ii) the percentage of shareholding by the Government or the respective private individuals; and (iii) the criteria used in the recent appointment of the Board of Directors to the company."}
