(c) by inserting the following new subparagraph immediately after subparagraph (viii) of paragraph (e)- “(ix) one person with a professional background in human resource management ;” (d) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e)- “(f) the chief executive officer of the Kenya Medical Training College or his representative”."}
