What you have said is the correct position and as a direction to the House, a point of order is not on the Floor until the Speaker has allowed the point of order to be given and, as the case may be, a point of information and whether the Member agrees to be informed. The Speaker is the final determinant on that issue and that is the matter I expect hon. Members, colleagues, will adhere to an honour as we go forward."}
