I rise on a point of order to seek your guidance in relation to the Question, but in a broader perspective. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Chairperson of the Committee under this hybrid system where the Chairperson of a Committee is an “oversighter” and a responder as Government is beginning to be a bit of a problem, in the sense that you have just heard the Chairperson of that Committee say what was said by the Government. Mr. Speaker, Sir, my question on this point is; what happens when a Chairperson gets a response that is unacceptable to the House, but it is the response that the Chairperson has got from the Government?"}
