With the establishment of the Supreme Court, I think we have come of age. We are sure that no Kenyan will be discriminated against. No Judge in his own right will give a judgment that has ethnic overtones, is influenced by corruption and very discriminatory. The people of this country will know that they have a point of reference. They will know that there is a place they will go to that will give a fair judgment as per the Constitution of this country."}
