The Member has sought information which is not in your possession. You just refer the Statement to the appropriate Cabinet Secretary so that they give you a response, which you transmit to the Member. When the Member is not satisfied with it, then you can explore ways of further debating it. But, if you make it a point that you need to debate before even getting a response, then you will stay there forever.
