I know many Chairs here may not want to hear it, but we have a responsibility to this country. We do not do it for free. We do it for a premium price to the taxpayer. So, if a Member can wake up and see a newspaper story, which may be propaganda and tomorrow summons a Cabinet Secretary, that Member is rogue. There is a way by which we get information. Hon. Midiwo cannot go to a funeral and say that such and such Cabinet Secretary is incompetent and then tomorrow you summon them because hon. Midiwo talked about them in a funeral. We must uphold the dignity of this House. It has never been and it cannot be."}
