If it is “uncorrected proof” then it might not meet the requirements of the Standing Orders. I would like to hear what you have to say before I make a ruling on it. It is understood, you may not have heard me. I said the Hon. Prime Minister has tabled a document here. It says: “Uncorrected Proof, 9.28, Termites at Work, a report on Transnational Organized Crime and State Erosion in Kenya” I just want to get a confirmation from him that it is, indeed, uncorrected proof, before I rule on the admissibility of this document. With regard to the report of NACADA, on the face of it, it does appear to come from the NACADA. So, that one, I will allow it. However, I would like to hear your comment regarding this “uncorrected proof”."}
