Speaker, but Kenyans do not go to appear before judges--- There is a contempt of court order they have issued and I am sure there are a number of Members of Parliament who have contempt of court orders against them for appearing late in court for, say, two or three hours. I want to tell the Judiciary from where I sit that they have no choice. They must comply with the 30th April deadline. Let us give them a few hours and see whether they will bring the Estimates. I am sure the Office of the Clerk is engaging them."}
