Education is a continuous learning process. You cannot suddenly put a limitation on the kind of level of qualification you must get. If you get a masters degree, well and good. But I think one of the areas that we have recently noticed, with a lot of disgust, is the qualifications being used for some other reasons other than the experience and number of years somebody has served in the various activities. I think experience, quality and in addition later on if they add on, is an added advantage."}
