I really think it does streamline things. If you practise in a manner that the Bill does not intend--- For example, if you are not properly trained, there will be sanctions. If you register as a student in an institution that has not been approved by the board, there will also be sanctions. I really think that all these will make sure that the profession of counselors, psychotherapists and psychologists is well regulated for the betterment of the lives of Kenyans."}
