In this House, we have complained in the past of Chairs who are not answering or bringing Statements. Remember that, yesterday, the Speaker made a ruling on this. We should apply the rules both ways. If a Member who has sought a Statement, it is listed for answering and he or she deliberately absents himself or herself from the House, I think that Statement should be dropped. That will instill discipline in the House."}
