I request that in determining the issue of the Standing Order as raised by Sen. Musila, you consider Standing Order No. 88(3) which is very important. It says:- “In determining whether a debate is out of order on the grounds of anticipation, regard shall be had to the probability of the matter anticipated being brought before the Senate within a reasonable time.” I think this was a reasonable time."}
