I would like to inform him because he has just said something very sensitive, so if any High Court judge or High Court Bench delivers a ruling which is not favourable to the parties in that application, the one who is not satisfied has a right to go back to that same bench to stay that ruling. If the judge does not give a ruling in favour of the application, we always have a right to go back to the superior court in case, the Court of Appeal. If it does not give a favourable ruling in favour of either party, those parties have a right of going to the Supreme Court to seek for the disqualification of the bench or to appeal against the ruling or the judgment delivered by the lower court."}
