I am merely deleting the word âshallâ which is between the words âCommissionâ and âbeâ and substituting it with the word âmayâ, so that it reads that âthe staff may be eligibleâ instead of making it mandatory. It is also for the sake of consistency of language because that is what we did to Clause 2 in the Ministerâs amendment."}
