However, I am a little bit worried as other hon. Members have said that we are giving a lot of leeway to the President and the Prime Minister and running away from political parties. I think political parties, as institutions, will be more representative than the President and the Prime Minister. If there is a struggle or some competition within the panel, certainly that is also represented by a proposal of names forwarded by the President and the Prime Minister. I do not see how that solves the problem. Therefore, I think it is necessary that we do not avoid the political parties."}
