Order, hon. Members! This business of trying to prepare amendments while you are on the Floor of the House--- While debating other amendments, you think of something else, and then flood this place with many pieces of papers where you write some very hasty amendments; ideally this is not how it is supposed to be. You are supposed to do your work very well and bring these amendments to the Clerk’s office and subsequently to the Speaker’s Office or the Deputy Speaker’s Office for them to be approved. The only amendment we have which has been properly brought here is the one by hon. Abdikadir. I have too many amendments coming here. It is only fair that we dispose of this amendment first."}
