Madam Temporary Speaker, I was just about to conclude my statement, but I want to repeat, with your permission, that this matter needs to be handled now in a more serious manner than we have been doing before because passing a resolution all the time is not enough. Maybe Sen. Musila should come up with a Bill to deal with this matter so that we can compel the entire system to go according to the wishes of the people of Kenya. Therefore, Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to support this Motion very strongly and hope that my friend, who has been a friend of mine for a very long time as my Provincial Commissioner; I respect him a lot and I wish him luck in this issue that we are discussing. But I appeal that he brings a Bill so that we can deal with the matter effectively."}
