In the Statement, I require the following to be addressed:- (i) whether the Government has in place methods of identifying who earns carbon credits in Kenya; (ii) whether the Government has a policy to encourage the planting of trees to mitigate the effects of climate change; (iii) whether the Government has in the past conducted an audit to determine the significant emitting sectors; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
