In the past one year, over 3,000 Kenyans who lost their lives. Some of them ultimately require physiotherapy during rehabilitation. I note the Bill is also coming at a time when the country is experiencing a lot of insecurity, especially on issues of terrorism and others. I know some of our colleagues have suffered from this and most of us, who are here, have also suffered. We require physiotherapy to help us."}
