Therefore, the word âdetermineâ has been very provocative to them. Therefore, I agree and concur with the new word because TSC has the mandate to determine. Therefore, you cannot have another commission determining on their behalf. So, we would be quite happy with that amendment which is proposing to âinquire and adviceâ as opposed to âdetermine.â This would remove the conflict between the two commissions."}
