So, it is important that we give them a quota or a system where we can accommodate most of them. I am happy to note that some of the people I have taught are here and they came from these areas. When they came to the school where I was teaching, they found that facilities were better than what was there before. If we can explore this through a quota system and have more of them in boarding facilities, I am sure we can forge ahead for them. With those few remarks, I beg to support."}
