I do not know what I am supposed to do; do I with deal with this one or the one he has just read? He is talking of certain works. I want to give the answer I have been given by the House. Nevertheless, as I said earlier, this Question was filed in January and now the works are going on. The only thing I would like to ask the Assistant Minister is whether he is satisfied with the quality of works going on for all that money. I wish to give him some photos for him to see whether Kshs26 million can be used to do what has been done."}
