Health is, indeed, a critical matter. On the question of regional referral hospitals, I support what the Committee says in terms of the national Government being asked to take care of regional referral hospitals. I think as we go on, we will be asking the Committee on Health to bring before this House a Health Bill that will deal with questions on health facilities. They touch on that in their Report. I think in this particular time, the committee has done well to give us a policy direction; thereafter it should bring to this House proposed law that will need to guide debate. On the regional referral hospitals we have a big problem in terms of several counties sharing one health facility. I hope that the Committee will begin to answer that question.
