However, when we got to mediation, we took the spirit of the term “mediation”, which is trying to find a solution when there is a problem. In this case, there was an impasse and so we had to find a middle ground and see whether we could move forward. The hon. Chair, while moving the Motion has said most of the things. So, I will look at the other overriding issues that influenced our decisions."}
