I have been listening to this debate. I think we are treading on rather dangerous ground because what direction are we giving with regard to the TSC Act, the Code of Ethics and their regulations. Are they above a due court process? I think this is what worries me a little bit. Once the matter has gone through a court process and somebody has been pronounced not guilty, that should be the ultimate position. I think we are getting carried away by this Standard Five girl and the rest of the other issues. I think we should relook at this matter before we set very dangerous precedence. Otherwise, I think the issues being raised by the Senator for Murang’a County are very fundamental."}
