I must thank the Committee. My colleagues have done a good job. I have a lot of respect for Committees of the House. However, it is important for us to have some set standards. In this country, we have had quite a number of universities. We need some regulations and order in our professions and studies. In this country, we have had associations of surveyors, architects, doctors, nurses, et cetera . It is time we also have, for example, associations of financial analysts, so that we can have the competences that we require to be able to achieve Vision 2030 and become a medium income country. It is important for us to have discipline in the various professional disciplines. Therefore, given the spirit of the Bill, I fully support it but I will bring a number of amendments during the Committee Stage. With those few remarks, I support the Bill with amendments."}
