But, unfortunately, the tank is built in the Singorwa area. It is very embarrassing when a tank is built in an area and the residents of that area do not receive water. Secondly, there is no T-joint to show that there will be a connection line in future to serve that area. The project is almost 90 per cent complete. If the Government has set aside funds for that area, then there should be a sign to show that there will be a connection even in future. However, there is no T-joint to show that there will be future connection."}
