I want to contribute to this Bill. For one, we should be honest. Alcohol has been with human beings since time immemorial. When Jesus was on the cross and suffering; one of the things they did to him was to put alcohol in this mouth. The assumption was that this would reduce the pain and make him a little more comfortable. That was not a very good idea at that point in time but nonetheless, it was done. There is a Latin saying; in vino veritas, which means, in wine lies the truth. So, I assume that when you have taken a little bit of wine, you relax and speak a lot of truth.
