I would like to say that, as a Ministry and Government, we support this Motion for the reasons that I have given. We are going to bring a Bill on elections very soon. I believe our Members of Parliament will have more time to bring more ideas on how to undertake elections. This is a House that is representing the Kenyan people. What we say is the voice of the Kenyan people. I would like to salute my friend here and look forward to the day when we will have the Bill so that we can make more substantive contributions."}
