In Clause 3, which I sought to amend, I now have no problem with part (a). Part (b) will take care of the issues that I have raised. Clause 3(b) says:- “(4) Subject to sub-section (2), the parties to an Islamic marriage shall only have rights granted under Islamic Law”. That one will take care of my concerns."}
