Jimmy Angwenyi who seemed not to appreciate that Kenyans have a right to go to court as much as they have a right to demonstrate. If you acknowledge that they have a right to demonstrate, then you must also equally acknowledge and accept that they have a right to go to court whenever they feel aggrieved. So, really it is not a matter that we can hope to legislate against because it is one of those very fundamental rights in our Constitution."}
