Mbadi is that the Leader of Majority Party should prioritize certain Bills; certain legislative proposals, especially the ones to actualize and implement the Constitution and the others which address the issues you are talking about; insecurity and youth unemployment. If a point is made like that, it does not need to be repeated because the danger I can see is that some other hon. Members would want to say that they think there is something about short people or tall people. So, we will spend a lot of time doing the wrong things. But the Leader of Majority Party was on a point of order."}
