In fact, we are in a problem because this is a chief commended by the leadership of the Provincial Administration; from the County Commissioner downwards. Therefore, I am requesting that as the Committee goes back to consider the matter, I also be given an opportunity to appear before it so that all these issues can be resolved because I have looked at the relevant laws--- the law does not say that a chief has to be KCSE certificate holder."}
