Gikaria, I tend to be persuaded that we should allow the proposed amendment of a quorum of six to proceed. Truly, first of all, for one to be a member of a Commission, we must raise the threshold for quorum, so that if they are not performing, we dissolve it and have a new one. Again, hon. Gikaria said, we do not want a situation whereby only those who are in the police force are in attendance because we wanted to reform the police service through this Bill. So, I oppose."}
