But I think when the Bill talks about a registered professional, the Minister should know that, according to our laws, it is illegal for me to call myself an engineer if I am not registered. So, I think the qualification we are looking for--- The ten years is good. But I will be pleading at the Committee Stage that it be ten years post qualification experience."}
