Here, we have to be bold. The requirements for registration are stated. We must build capacity in Kenya. We must build our own people. I think Kenya remains--- Before I came to this House, I tried to register my company in Tanzania. It was a requirement that before I even submitted the papers, I had to have 50 per cent of the shareholders as Tanzanians. Why are we not saying it here? Why are we making our market to be a âfree for allâ? We must demand that all firms that are doing business in this country should have, at least, 50 per cent shareholding in the hands of Kenyans."}
