Clearly surely, we cannot just make it easy. Like I said earlier, for a foreign firm to come to Kenya, register and start having a business, it must have 50 per cent local shareholding. It is a requirement in almost all the countries. Before they are allowed to start working, let them, at least, incorporate Kenyans. That is also a way of transferring technology and expertise to our own people."}
