Speaker, before I make the commitment, I wish to seek your indulgence in the matters of interpretation of the roles of the two Committees of Lands and the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives. A matter of membership of a co-operative society lies in the co-operative movement and not in the lands, per se . So, I wish to see where there could be a boundary between the functions of the two Committees. If need be, probably we can engage the two Committees to see whether we can resolve the matter. I do not see it lying squarely on the Committee on Lands."}
